Less Planning. More Exploring.

Planning a port day in a place you have never been can quickly become overwhelming. Our packages are designed so that you can arrive knowing where to go, what to expect, and how to make the most of your day.

The people behind the plans

We didn’t learn cruising from brochures.

Our perspective comes from years of living and working onboard, visiting the ports, and helping thousands of guests create memorable experiences. We know what shapes an excellent vacation.

Ethan

Hot Glass Artist, educator, and Shipboard Operations Manager

Ethan studied marketing at Ball State University and built a career around hot glass, performance, and education. His work has included teaching hands-on classes, giving live demonstrations, and managing day-to-day operations in a cruise ship glass studio.

That experience has given him a firsthand understanding of cruise ports, guest expectations, logistics, and what travelers need to feel confident before stepping off the ship.

Camille

Guest Experience Partner With a Thoughtful, Personal Approach

Camille brings cruise guest experience, creative support, and a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and well looked after. She is also fluent in Spanish, and her Mexican heritage plays a key role in travel planning.

Camille combines practical ship knowledge with a warmer planning style—helping families and groups create a vacation experience that feels considered rather than corporate.

“Hot glass taught me to care about timing, place, and experience. Cruise planning uses the same instincts—just with a gangway, a group chat, and a return-to-ship deadline.”

Frequently asked questions

Before you choose a plan

Is this a travel agency or a planning service?

We are a personal cruise-planning service. We do the research, recommendations, coordination, and provide a clear itinerary after you have already booked a cruise. We can assist with booking a voyage as well; however, this is not our primary focus and has additional fees.

Can you plan more than one port?

Yes. The Personal Plan covers just 1 port, and the 3 Day Port Plan will cover most 6 day voyages. Additional ports can be added during your consultation.

What does the group receive?

When booking the group blueprint package, the organizer receives a detailed master itinerary tailored to the group. The full group receives a simpler mobile-friendly version with meeting points, timing, transportation guidance, and essential reminders.

Can you guarantee we will not miss the ship?

No planner can guarantee transportation, weather, or ship operations. The itinerary is built conservatively with clear return buffers, backup options, and practical guidance to get your group back on time.
